As of the end of 2024, our Company had 938 employees, of whom 352 were women and 586 were men. In 2024, Grupo FRISA carried out a total of 198 new hires across 6 of the 16 states where we operate nationwide. Additionally, we offer health talks focused on a variety of topics, including acute respiratory illnesses, addictions, workplace stress, nutrition, obesity and overweight, depression and anxiety, emotional management, among others—all aimed at promoting the emotional and physical well-being of our employees both inside and outside the workplace.

Our Social Commitment
At Grupo FRISA, we recognize a strong commitment to the communities where we develop our residential projects, shopping centers, and industrial facilities. We work in collaboration with civil society organizations that emerge in these areas, providing support and fulfilling our commitment to promoting progress. We establish partnerships and actively participate in both the human and economic development of the regions in which we operate.

As part of this social commitment, every year we carry out various activities in our plazas to strengthen our connection with the community:
Our “Gift a Toy” campaign, which consists of providing toys, clothing, and footwear, included the participation of 175 volunteers, among corporate area staff and other plazas. Thanks to this collective effort, we were able to bring joy to 113 boys and girls from shelters such as Casasistencia, Hogar Dulce Hogar, and San Martin de Porres. This type of initiative not only strengthens social unity but also demonstrates that small gestures can have a deep impact on those who need it most.
In partnership with our tenant HEB, the GREEN WORLD space was established in two locations within the parking lot of Multiplaza Lindavista.
This space features a Recycling Point operated by Grupo Allen, specialized in PET, where 1 ton of this material has been collected—equivalent to avoiding the emission of 3.32 tons of CO₂ and saving 40,000 liters of water.
In addition, containers were installed for cardboard and bottle cap recycling, where 154 kg have been collected, thus avoiding the emission of 205 kg of CO₂.
During the last four months of the year (September to December), we collected and delivered a total of 480 kilograms of bottle caps at various shopping centers as part of our solidarity campaign in support of childhood cancer treatments.
In collaboration with Nescafé, the campaign launch event for “Reciclando con Causa” was held at Mundo E during the month of August—an initiative that brings together Nescafé Dolce Gusto’s capsule recycling program and Banco de Tapitas.
We supported activations with Aldeas Infantiles, focused on helping find sponsors for children in need.
