The recruitment and selection process at Grupo FRISA has a clear objective: to identify talent with high growth and development potential. Additionally, we offer health talks focused on a variety of topics, including acute respiratory illnesses, addictions, workplace stress, nutrition, obesity and overweight, depression and anxiety, emotional management, among others—all aimed at promoting the emotional and physical well-being of our employees both inside and outside the workplace.
